Returns Policy

At Shades Of Black we want you to love what you order because we have put some much of time and effort in getting the perfectly created garment for you but if you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange or credit. When sending returns back please indicate what you are returning and the reason. In order to process your return as quickly as possible, please include your name, email address and invoice number with the goods and let us know if you require an exchange or credit. Items must be returned with tags and in the same packaging, in an unused and unwashed condition.

All returns must be made within 10 working days of the invoice date with a copy of the original invoice, otherwise your order will be sent back at the customer's expense. Returns can take up to 1 week to be processed once we receive them.

The cost for returning faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be reimbursed upon proof of receipt. Please note this does not apply to international orders.
